The residence contains 100 apartments from 2 to 8 people in the heart of Jouarres hamlet, 100 meters from the Canal du midi, 1km from Homps.

A wooded park of 5 hectares, locked bicycle shed, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue area and a bar, are at your disposal.

• Sleeping area : 1 single bed (room overlooking corridor)

From 07/07 to 25/08 : réservations by the week only, bed linen included.

Outside these dates :possibility to rent by the night.

Hotel rates (1 to 2 nights), the beds are made, towels provided, the kitchen area must be clean :

• T1 bis (2 people) : 98€
• T2 (4 people) : 140€
• T3 (5 people) : 170€

Rates decrease :

• For 3 nights minimum
• beds not made, towels not provided, cleaning must be done before departure.
• Cleaning package : 60€ – Rent towels : 7€

Breakfast :

• 9 € for more than 12 years old,
• 7€ from 5 to 12 years old.

Access

• By bike : exit by the jouarres lock, residence is 100meters away.
• By car : on the motorway A61 from Narbonne or Toulouse, take the exit 25, direction Homps.
