Les Bateaux Bordelais offer cruises from Bordeaux on the Garonne and the estuary of Gironde. With 3 boats of different size, the company invites you to board on the pontoon, situated on the left bank of Bordeaux on the Quai des Chartrons.
Board on the ‘Sicambre’, a restaurant boat which cruises along the frontages of Bordeaux quays, classified on the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover a local and seasonal gastronomy cooked on board by their head chef cook and let’s go for a dinner cruise in the ‘Port de la Lune’.
Take advantages of the cruise pass ‘Cité du Vin’ and climb to the belvedere to benefit from a 360° view on the harbour. Embark for a cruise at the ‘Cité du Vin’ pontoon with a professional guide to discover the history and the culture of the city of Bordeaux. Finally, you will have a tasting of two wines from Bordeaux’s region.
What if you take the aperitif on the Garonne? Benefit from the south-west sun of France on the patio of their boat ‘Sardane’ boat with the ‘Apéro Bord’O’. Navigate along the harbour with a wine-grower who will share his/her knowledge and work. Their head chef cook will have prepared some appetizer to go with the discussion.
Would you like a more intimist cruise? Board on their speedboat ‘Silnet’, which has a capacity of 12 seats. Navigate on the Garonne to discover estuary’s islands, Patiras shelter and its lighthouse or find out about the “verrou de Vauban”, made of the three-part defensive structure: Blaye citadel, Fort Paté and Fort Médoc.
